SEASON III · CHAPTER 14
ARCHIVED TRANSCRIPT
This room still looks the same
The chair is where I left it
And the light still falls the same across the wall
But something in the way it settles now
Doesn't land the way it used to
I take a few slow steps across the floor
Then stop for no reason at all
There's no sound
But it isn't quiet
The room feels different now
Not broken not empty just rearranged
Every corner holds less weight than before
But I still don't know what changed
And I'm standing in the same place
Just looking at it differently
Trying to understand
How it stayed the same without me
My hands don't reach for anything now
They just rest where they are
The air feels lighter on my skin
But it moves a little too far
I sit then stand again
Then forget why I moved
Like something shifted quietly
Just enough to feel removed
Nothing changed that I can name
But everything feels rearranged
Not wrong not right just in between
Every quiet thing I missed before
Is suddenly part of what I see
And I don't feel the need
To fill the space with anything
I'm learning how to stay
Inside a silence that doesn't leave
It's still the same room
Just not
The same
