SEASON IV · CHAPTER 19
ARCHIVED TRANSCRIPT
Morning left the window open
There's still dust
On the hallway floor
Still shadows moving
Across the door
The room is quieter now
But not completely still
Like something underneath it
Hasn't disappeared yet
I hear the walls breathing
Late into the day
Pieces of old voices
Still trapped inside the paint
And every silent moment
Feels heavier somehow
Like the air is holding back
Something it won't say out loud
Maybe silence
Was never empty
Maybe it was waiting
Shards of silence
Scattered through the room
Broken pieces
Still reflecting you
And underneath
The quiet settling in
Something inside me
Is listening again
I used to fear
What I couldn't hear
Now every absence
Pulls me somewhere near
Not toward the past
Not toward the pain
Just toward a voice
I almost buried
The silence shifts
The walls grow thin
Something is moving
Under my skin
Falling one by one
Pieces breaking
In the morning sun
And all the quiet
I was hiding in
Is slowly turning
Into something else
I can feel it
